Brad was incredibly helpful and walked me through the home-buying process from start-to-finish. As a first-time buyer, this alleviated a lot of stress that I had about making the largest financial decision of my life. In such a competitive market, you need a realtor who is responsive and proactive. Brad over-delivered in this area, in my opinion. An exemplary example was when I couldn't make a last-minute mid-day showing, Brad drove to the house for me and toured me around on FaceTime. The home I ended up buying went on the market at 8pm on Monday and sold by 11pm on Tuesday. I wouldn't have been able to get it if I had a realtor that took two hours to respond to me. For this reason, I've recommended Brad to friends and family alike. The CIR Realty web-portal that Brad provided to me was very useful, but had a few shortcomings. I found the best approach was to use realtor.ca in combination with his web-portal to search for homes.
