He helped us understand what was going on in the market and took the time to help us make an educated decision not just an emotional one. He found out exactly what our families needs were our currently and made sure we were in a place that would let us grow. Anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, he made sure we knew about it immediately. Brad was also very responsive. He got back to us within a half an hour anytime we had questions and he was always already at the home and waiting for us with answers to any questions we might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. Mr. Prather is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my home.
