Britt is absolutely phenomenal! When I first connected with Britt it was via this website and let me just say, she's undoubtedly top-rated for good reason! My husband and I were traveling out of country at the time and were interested in selling our primary residence that was being rented while we were away. Trying to manage a property while being out of the country can come with some challenges because it's not always easy to find someone trustworthy especially when you can't meet them face to face. But one conversation with Britt and my mind was immediately put at ease! She was knowledgeable, honest and forthright about the current state of the market. And she wasted no time in finding solutions to some of the challenges we had previously faced and we never felt pressured...EVER. She gave SO much of her time and energy making sure that we were taken care of. It's hard to believe she has other clients cause she has this way of making you feel like you're the only one! Britt also gave us access to some reliable and competent tradespeople and provided oversight for some of their work until we were back in the area. She honestly went above and beyond from start to finish! Even when the pricing process phase came, she provided lots of details, great insight and feedback, but was also extremely supportive of what we wanted too. One thing I didn't get to mention earlier is that prior to meeting Britt, I had also reached out to a well-known local investor in the area to discuss the possibility of buying our home. Our original thought was it might help simplify the process for us (since we were away), but in the end I'm SO glad we didn't because with Britt things went so smoothly and we were able to get over 100K more than their offer (with some minor improvements which we were able to save tons of money and time with her help)! She strategized and negotiated strongly on our behalf so we could get the best price and she was always extremely fair with everything. But I think the part that moved us most about our experience is Britt genuinely made us feel more like old friends than clients while maintaining the utmost professionalism. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole journey and had lots of laughs, a couple tears and hugs along the way. My only wish is that we all could've met earlier while we were living in Windsor. Also something worth mentioning is prior to starting our own business, I worked in the VPs office for one of the largest telecommunications' companies in Canada for several years and my role was turning around the most challenging client situations. It's not something I usually talk about, but I'm sharing this so that anyone who reads this review can feel confident that my high praise for Britt has been well-earned from someone that not only has high standards for service but was trained on it rigorously. She's absolutely amazing! Please do yourself a favour, make life easier and don't choose anyone else but Britt. You won't be disappointed!
