Bryon listed our home and arranged staging. We were shocked to receive a bill as he had told us it was all part of his service. He said he has a team which we discovered was not the case. He promised us cash back to pay for our closing costs however he failed to follow through. We consulted our lawyer and realized cost-wise to sue him wouldn’t be worth it. Basically this agent is a fraud.
