The relationship started off fine. He listened to what I wanted and did a reasonable job showing houses I was in the market for. The problem came when he was trying to close the deal. He offered me a $2000 comp to close the deal because he exceeded my max price by that amount. He promised me and even said he was shaking my hand over the phone. I was reluctant at first but he convinced me he was going to comp me to make sure I got the price I wanted. He only paid $500 and stole the reset. I chased him for almost a year to no avail. He stopped responding to email and didn't take my calls. Don't believe any promises he makes unless it's in writing from him. In fact I just wouldn't us him to avoid the problem to begin with. - John D
Bryon listed our home and arranged staging. We were shocked to receive a bill as he had told us it was all part of his service. He said he has a team which we discovered was not the case. He promised us cash back to pay for our closing costs however he failed to follow through. We consulted our lawyer and realized cost-wise to sue him wouldn’t be worth it. Basically this agent is a fraud. - Steven
