This is our 12th property that we have bought or sold and have hired a lot of good realtors but Caitlin stands out at the top .Caitlin helped us immensely by listening closely to what we needed. Her local knowledge of the area is invaluable. Her patience and work ethic are flawless . She responds in record fast time in a professional manner. Highly recommend Caitlin for buying and selling any property on Vancouver island, Cowichan Valley.
