Caitlin helped me so much during the process of putting an offer in on a home with a contingency of selling my condo. She knew it was a stressful situation for me and helped me through the process. With each showing of my condo she provided valuable feedback so i could understand why i may or may not get an offer. Caitlin made herself available for any questions i had during the process and was very responsive. Even 4 years later, if i have real estate questions or need some information that i think she might know (like who to contact for a property survey or whatever it may be) she always takes the time to get back to me. This says a lot about someone's work ethic and how she truly just loves what she does and cares about her clients. I even get a Christmas card from her every year!
