It was such a pleasure working with Caitlin on the sale of our property. Our sale was quite complex as our property was co owned by two families and had shared amenities with the neighbouring property. Caitlin was professional, realistic, very detailed, and worked with four peoples schedules throughout the whole process. On top of all that Caitlin was very lovely person to work with. She put everything in the simplest terms possible so we could understand and made sure we knew and understand all the processes involved in the sale. We ended up selling our property in under a week with little to no complications for our desired price. She did all of this while she was several months pregnant as well.
