Calvin was amazing to work with! Calvin is very responsive, always getting back to us in record time. It was amazing how quick Calvin had answers for us about any part of the home buying process. Not only was Calvin easy to reach, he was very flexible with viewings, making the long trek to view houses with us in a neighbouring city each weekend for a 1-2 month period. During this time Calvin never pressured us into buying a house and helped us look for properties that aligned with our purchasing goals. He even reminded us of our goals when we were unsure of a property or it felt like we were trying to talk ourselves into something we might not have been happy with. As a result we took our time and found a house all of us are happy with. Working with Calvin has been such an amazing experience as a first time homebuyer and I highly recommend him.
