My experience with Cliff and Calvin was great. They both seemed to genuinely care about finding me the right place and put a lot of effort into the process. I mainly worked with Calvin and appreciated that he spent a lot of time talking to me about the pros and cons of certain condo units, things to know about living in a strata, etc. I learned a lot. I never saw units in person and appreciated that he was able to send me videos of various condos. He really educated us about the different areas , the pluses and minuses of single family dwellings as well as strata units.
