My experience with Cliff and Calvin was great. They both seemed to genuinely care about finding me the right place and put a lot of effort into the process. I mainly worked with Calvin and appreciated that he spent a lot of time talking to me about the pros and cons of certain condo units, things to know about living in a strata, etc. I learned a lot. I never saw units in person and appreciated that he was able to send me videos of various condos. I felt bad calling him outside of work hours but he was always happy to talk whenever it suited my schedule. I never felt pressure to go for certain units or make certain offers. Calvin is friendly , professional, intelligent and knowledgeable.He seems to have an excellent grasp of the Victoria housing market. He really educated us about the different areas , the pluses and minuses of single family dwellings as well as strata units. He seems to know a lot about potential problems , possible renovations ideas and important issues that need to be addressed in an inspection. He is an excellent listener and we felt he quickly got to know our preferences and was never pushy, instead , he worked very hard to get us what we wanted. He was always available, getting back to us within minutes if we called or texted him. He was very patient as he arranged showings for us for 2 months!!
