Calvin is friendly , professional, intelligent and knowledgeable.He seems to have an excellent grasp of the Victoria housing market. He really educated us about the different areas , the pluses and minuses of single family dwellings as well as strata units. He seems to know a lot about potential problems , possible renovations ideas and important issues that need to be addressed in an inspection. He is an excellent listener and we felt he quickly got to know our preferences and was never pushy, instead , he worked very hard to get us what we wanted. He was always available, getting back to us within minutes if we called or texted him. He was very patient as he arranged showings for us for 2 months!! We ended up with a beautiful home and give a lot of credit to Calvin’s efforts for this outcome.
