Right from the first introductions Cam presented himself professionally and cordially. He even fulfilled a personal request to not wear any scents, as I have scent induced asthma. He had immediate answers to our multitude of questions as we are from out of town. He was well versed in the detailed information regarding each property he showed us. If there was a "seller specific" question, he was quick to reach out to the selling agent for immediate answers. His knowledge is second to none. Cam was direct and honest with us about any concerns we had regarding different properties we considered. Once we decided on a specific home Cam knew exactly everything we would need to complete our transaction. Several times he was able to reassure our anxiousness with his calm and knowledgable disposition. Buying and selling is all business, but for the sellers and the buyers, it is very personal and Cam never lost sight of that. Considering we are from out of town, Cam anticipated the service people we would need to complete inspections and made those connections for us.
