My husband and I had Cam as our realtor when buying our home. We were new to the area and had been going to open houses all over Kamloops for a while. We met Cam at a couple of the open houses and of all the realtors we met and gave our info to he was the ONLY one who followed up. He was very thorough, knew the Kamloops area very well and set up viewings very quickly for us. He went into every property knowing it like it was his place he was selling, there were never any hidden issues we didn’t know about. And he willingly went along with my crazy plan to get my husband to view the house we ended up buying even though it wasn’t exactly what he had in mind for a home for us. Cam continues to keep in contact and answer any questions we may have, we consider him a friend now and would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling.
