I found Cam by his high ratings and reviews in multiple locations, and because in his reviews he had helped people sell when they were out of province. He absolutely lived up to every 5 star review I read. He was by far the fastest to respond of anyone I reached out to, which was extra important as I had to leave the province to get set up in my new work ahead of my sale. I wanted someone I knew I could rely on. Noone could have predicted that the spring my house went on the market would have a record high number of listings and a record low number of sales. Cam kept me up to date and worked hard throughout. My house continued to be regularly shown and he gave me excellent advice. He doesn't pull numbers out of the air - but bases his advice off of the market and where your house falls within it. His advice allowed me to sell my house in a very difficult market (and in time for me to be able to purchase my dream home in my new city). In addition to the actual sale, he kept an eye on my property, had the backyard cared for, and was even kind enough to check my mailbox when I suspected that not all my mail was being forwarded. He arranged for me to be able to sign documents virtually so I wouldn't have to come back (saving me time and money). The reviews are absolutely true and I whole heartedly recommend him as a realtor.
