I really don’t want to sound like I’m making things up but our experience with Cam has been truly amazing. We’ve been looking at properties for the last 3 years off and on with a very specific criteria of what we wanted. All along the way Cam never wavered or showed any disinterest in showing us properties. Always returned any call or text immediately and could find out any answer. Upon finding the property we ended up purchasing Cam was outstanding yet again. And that was just the start at our showing, the real magic was how fast and clean Cam completed the deal. Even with our sometimes indecisiveness Cam was always on spot and acted more like a friend and less like a realtor. Our deal was completed without any hassle and Cam takes care of all the details, it actually shocks me how well prepared he is at every step. Even when issues arise he still is totally calm & collected and finds a solution that works for all parties. As for a recommendation., 100% I would and will recommend Cam to anyone. It’s just too bad that extra stars cannot be given out for someone that excels at their profession and can make clients feel so at ease with the huge decisions that come with buying and selling real estate.
