I was so impressed with her representation in the sale of our home, which had multiple offers, and I largely credit this to her reputation and skills. The home we purchased - our dream home - was a private sale ('for sale by owner') and not an easy process to navigate. Caroline was amazing in representing us through the multiple challenges we faced in purchasing this home, making sure that our interests were protected. While private sales don't require representation, I could not imagine having had to do so without Caroline's advocacy, knowledge and support. We enlisted Caroline's services again shortly after in order to purchase additional land adjacent to our home, another process which we truly couldn't have done without her.
