Che's assistance with selling was highly appreciated. He arranged pretty much everything for me to make it all very smooth. He also backed up his price his suggestion for selling price with good research. When the buyer attempted last minute attempts to force a lower price with some shenanigans, he handled all that for me which was a big relief. This is not the first time Che has helped me, nor will it be the last.
