Che was extremely responsive from the very beginning. When I first reached out, he got back to me within 30 minutes, introduced himself, and immediately added me to the collaboration. When we found a house we really liked that had just come on the market (less than 48 hours), I messaged Che around 8 PM to book an appointment for the next morning. He arranged everything right away. I would recommend Che to anyone (and did in fact, he sold my moms place)… Before I found him by searching reviews on Google, I had a different realtor for three months, barely had any showings and they went one to two months without even contacting me… Once I started with Che, it was complete night and day, all of a sudden I was getting showing after showing, and whether I had a showing or not one week, he would still contact me just to keep in contact.
