I have used Che on two occasions as he gives excellent personal service which gives results . Buying or selling Che is your man . I found Che communicates very well with keeping his clients informed and updated about showings from other realtors . I liked that he passed on information on comments given on the property . He is quick to respond with returning phone calls or to deal with other realtors questions . It was a very smooth process to sell my sisters house and help her find a new one to buy .I had him also sell my elderly mother’s house in August and that was just as smooth of a process . He presented the properties very professionally with great photos and a good write up about the property for sale . I would use Che again and highly recommend him as a top realtor in his field . His 25 years experience in the Edmonton area turned a stressful situation into an easy one . Thanks Che for doing a great job!
