You will have no regrets hiring Eddie for the sale and purchase of a new home! Ex (See more )pecting our 5th child in summer 2024, we had to sell our home and buy a larger one. We followed every instruction and piece of advice Eddie had for us plus used his connections for a mortgage specialist and lawyer. The process was guided, but executed quickly and pretty much without hiccups. I had friends selling at the same time we were, and noticed it was much harder for them to sell/buy/finish paperwork. Not once did we ever feel like Eddie wasn't taking care of us, from negotiating our sale, racing to a showing that had just popped up, and putting an offer on the house that was perfect for our family! We would absolutely use him again, and have already shared his name with everyone we know who is selling a home.
