We contacted couple of agents before Kim was referred to us. Kim is understanding, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, all qualities that as a buyer one would hope to get. She represented us very well during offer period and helped get us the best possible price as well as getting some findings closed during conditional offer closure. One thing that's very unique of her is that she sees the house as if she is herself buying it and not showing to us as a real estate agent. I could list so many instances where she & my wife discussing small picky things of the house, imagining how things would fit, what's good, what's bad for the kids. This itself shows her commitment.
