Kim is a wonderful realtor. She was able to take on the sale of our Townhome when we were at a high level of stress due to expecting a baby and moving into another house. She gave us excellent advise on staging, and prep work that needed to be done to maximize the curb (and interior) appeal of the place. The end result was a gorgeous listing that went for hundreds of thousands over asking (with a fair price listed - not one that was purposely intending on a bidding war given the market in 2023). Kim really made the process as painfree as can be. She had excellent contacts to help with minor repairs, and she was not afraid to get in there and help us out with her own skill and expertise.
