We base many of our evaluations on the things we expect from a service provider, and Kim did not disappoint in this regard. So, is she trustworthy and professional? Absolutely! Is she knowledgeable and effective? Always! Is she pleasant to deal with and a strong communicator? Without doubt! Is she strategic? As someone who really cares about this, for sure! But her true "secret sauce" is in doing the things you would have no right to expect. Whether it is showing up to help pack, or in helping get jobs knocked off the list, or more, Kim makes your business personal to her. She always made it feel like we had someone in the boat rowing with us.
