We originally met Che several years ago and knew we would use him when it was time to sell our condominium. We contacted Che and he quickly provided us with suggestions and we listed the unit. Every week as he promised Che provided us with an update which resulted in discussions we mutually found to be beneficial. Ultimately we were able to sell the unit and the sale closed and completed without any issues. If I would be doing this again - Che would be our first call. We appreciated all of his work from beginning to close.
