The first day I called for help to find my next home, Che actually called me to discuss my needs, to explain how he works and where he could support me in my search-he is the only realtor out of the four previous that called me instead of sending a stock email with a list of homes to look at. I'm old school-when spending hundreds of thousands, face to face communication is my expectation. Che certainly obliged and worked with me everyday, calling to touch base, and showed me every listing I was interested in. He did a lot of hand-holding, sorry Che:) He even went through my documents to ensure there were no surprises. At one point I was ready to purchase, but he found a glitch and I pulled out of the deal. He was so supportive and continued to work diligently until I found the best home for the best value.
