Mr. Taylor is a consummate professional who responded very quickly to any messages i sent, for which i greatly appreciate. He also demonstrated that he was communicating with the seller/realtor, which i appreciate, especially in a heated market with lots of competitors. He also demonstrated good knowledge of the market, the area and the current real estate environment.
