Chris must be one of the most patient people I know, this was a huge decision and me and my husband were very anxious, but Chris put our minds at ease helping us through the selling and buying process. This was not an overnight decision, Chris helped us decide on what repairs to do on our current home to get the most R, and he had a great network of trades and other professionals to help. Our only regret is that we ought to have used all of Chris’s contractor’s vs finding our own for a few things that slowed things down a bit.
