Chris must be one of the most patient people I know, this was a huge decision and me and my husband were very anxious, but Chris put our minds at ease helping us through the selling and buying process. This was not an overnight decision, Chris helped us decide on what repairs to do on our current home to get the most R, and he had a great network of trades and other professionals to help. Our only regret is that we ought to have used all of Chris’s contractor’s vs finding our own for a few things that slowed things down a bit. - Leanne
Reply: Thank Leanne, it was a pleasure to help, as you know I still after 12 years get emotional when handing over the keys to your brand new dream home. Congratulations, it was my honor to serve you and your amazing family.
This young man was a breath of fresh air after we tried two other agents, Chris saved the day.
Chris let us know exactly what to expect, he was personable although we only saw him for a few hours when we listed the home and again when he brought over the offer. He is a bit hard to reach as we tried calling and he didn't get back to us for over an hour ;).
What can I say, he sold my house before the photos were even taken, got me what I wanted, and we had only 2 weeks to find a condo after selling my house. He picked me up for breakfast and we looked all day until we found it. Buying a car ought to be this easy
Don't know how he manages to juggle all the responsibilities and have a life, It seems he works all hours of the day 7 days a week, and all so I could spend time with my family. He was simply awesome, I wish all of my real estate experiences were this memorable
Chris helped me sell one of my houses. He was always there when I needed, made time to take calls and questions, and helped me though the whole transaction process. Thx -J - Jan Ostrowski
