We sold our home through Chris this fall, and it really was in incredible experience. When we made the decision to sell in late spring, he advised us when we requested, as to what renovations should be done to get the best return on our older home, make it more attractive to buyers, and when to put it on the market also according to our needs. He was great with all the information he gave us, and the way we where treated. We've used him in the past to purchase and sell a few times over the past 10+ years, and would never go with anyone else. He has so much knowledge, is fair, and usually goes above and beyond with his clients. We ended up getting multi offers which had not been expected that were amazing, and we give the credit to Chris with the marketing he does, following his suggestions in multiple areas, and how he works hard for his clients. His staff also worked together with him as a great team to get things done in a timely manner.
