Be careful for this one, I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT TO ANYONE. Tried to screw me out of 1% difference, tried to tell me representing both parties is "not a double ender". When I didn't want to sign until we discussed that further, he revealed information about my house until it was time to sign the papers. No integrity, dishonest.. he may withhold information about your residence as a bargaining chip. - Former client

Chris has a lot of integrity and is warm and approachable. However, his tactic for trying to sell my property was a disaster, resulting in it sitting vacant and on the market for 10 months before I fired him. He either doesn't know the Winnipeg market or doesn't know how to communicate with sellers. - Disappointed
