His knowledge of all the real estate in Chilliwack is something to marvel when he's just rattling off information to answer all your questions. Off the top of his head, he knew information about school districts, little pockets in neighborhoods you would otherwise never find, and how to write an attractive offer that gets you into the home you want. He was so patient, energetic, and fun to work with. We saw roughly 20 homes over 3 months and eventually found our dream home. Every other realtor we interacted with was nowhere near Chris's caliber. When it came time to put in offers on homes, his knowledge and negotiating skills were on point. He guided and steered us the whole way, laying out timelines, what to expect with closing, scheduling the inspections, recommending the best contractors, plumbers, etc. he was so on top of it - both with speed and the best crews. To whoever is reading this, we don't know where you are on your journey of finding a home/condo/whatever, but it's a crazy market out there as we're sure you know. We feel your pain. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, we were getting outbid on homes we fell in love with, more than 17 offers to compete with on others. It took a long time to finally find the right home.
