While we've visited the Valley recreationally many times, I have lived in Vancouver and North Shore most of my time in BC so we wanted to find a local Realtor who would know by living there themselves the ins and outs of this new-to-us region to help guide our decision-making, not just about the house, but about the change in lifestyle a home purchase in a new town creates.
