Christian has a work ethic that really surprises me in todays market. He is determined to make sure everything goes smoothly and that every base is covered. He anticipates and initiates whatever is needed re general home, septic and WETT inspections. He arranges, travels and meets with the inspectors on your behalf especially when you are not able to attend the inspections yourself. He has contacts for inspections and repair quotes and arranges it for you. The people he recommends are very professional and do a great job making sure you know any and all strengths and deficiences. Christian definitely earns and deserves his share of the commission like no agent we have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is basically managing our purchase from start to finish to be sure it all goes well. Without him we would have been buying in the dark. 5 stars for sure. My faith in real estate agents has been restored.
