My property sale took longer than expected due to a challenging market in 2025/26, but I eventually received a fair offer (which I happily accepted). Initially we were pleased with Christian’s assistance in selling our home. However, we had two offers and he did not check the qualification of the buyer and the deal fell through at the last minute and the other people who offered had purchased a home. We then re-listed with Christian and had an offer from a buyer who was working on his own, not with a realtor. Christian facilitated this sale and charged us a fee for assisting the buyer. This was fine, however we thought the fee was very high. When we questioned how he had arrived at the fee he said he would get back to us. That was 9 weeks ago. We have never heard from him again. Christian has a work ethic that really surprises me in todays market. He is determined to make sure everything goes smoothly and that every base is covered. He anticipates and initiates whatever is needed re general home, septic and WETT inspections. He arranges, travels and meets with the inspectors on your behalf especially when you are not able to attend the inspections yourself. He has contacts for inspections and repair quotes and arranges it for you. The people he recommends are very professional and do a great job making sure you know any and all strengths and deficiences.
