This was my second time working with Christian Ravlic and I cannot recommend him enough. Christian is always very responsive in quick fashion. He listens to what my needs are and moves forward in a professional low-pressure manner, which makes working with him very comfortable. I initially had Christian look at my home that I was going to have him list the following year. During the year, I was approached to sell privately. I discussed this with Christian and he absolutely encouraged me to do so and never gave me the feeling that I took the listing from him. He still answered any questions I had and guided me through the private sale process. After many months the private deal fell through and Christian listed and sold my house. His patience and understanding paid off in the end! I have another property to sell and Christian will definitely have the listing.
