Initially we were pleased with Christian’s assistance in selling our home. However, we had two offers and he did not check the qualification of the buyer and the deal fell through at the last minute and the other people who offered had purchased a home. We then re-listed with Christian and had an offer from a buyer who was working on his own, not with a realtor. Christian facilitated this sale and charged us a fee for assisting the buyer. This was fine, however we thought the fee was very high. When we questioned how he had arrived at the fee he said he would get back to us. That was 9 weeks ago. We have never heard from him again. Your claim that you focus on long term relationships is clearly untrue.
