Right from the beginning Claude was all about the commissions. He double dipped on every aspect of this sale and purchase. He was of no help and offered no customer care when approached about different issues. Once he received his commissions, he threw his hands in the air for anything that came his way. As a single mother, selling my home was a very stressful time for me and my children, Claude offered no compassion or any guidance. The bottom line for him is his commission. Even though he double dipped on the sale and purchase, he could not even come with a little gift for my children for their new home. A little token to help them celebrate the change. Instead he passed any issues onto me with no help of any sort. In my opinion, Claude is the textbook example of a salesman who is only out to further line his pocket book
