Right from the beginning Claude was all about the commissions. He double dipped on every aspect of this sale and purchase. He was of no help and offered no customer care when approached about different issues. Once he received his commissions, he threw his hands in the air for anything that came his way. As a single mother, selling my home was a very stressful time for me and my children, Claude offered no compassion or any guidance. The bottom line for him is his commission. Even though he double dipped on the sale and purchase, he could not even come with a little gift for my children for their new home. A little token to help them celebrate the change. Instead he passed any issues onto me with no help of any sort. In my opinion, Claude is the textbook example of a salesman who is only out to further line his pocket book - Caroline

Regrettably that can result in some undesirable circumstances. I was pleased that I was able to get your offer accepted with a subject to sale clause, for your protection. Even though everything was done to address all of the circumstances that unfortunately arose, I truly understand that they can only be compounded by the stress that comes with selling and buying a home. I am grateful that we were able to address everything during our last conversation together. As your realtor, I am here to help you and ensure that everything runs as smooth as possible. In this case, we were dealt with some challenges and I am pleased to report that although it wasn’t as smooth as we’d both like, we were able to make it through and work everything out in the end. Again, I’m sorry that your experience with me and my team didn’t meet your expectations, but I’d like to reiterate our commitment to doing everything within our ability to ensure that all of our clients are happy with the level of service that we provide.
