Very Pleased with Colin and his responsiveness even while he was on vacation. And this is a very imortant observation--He LISTENED and then responded. I tend to know what I want and will do and while Colin had suggestions, he did what I asked which shoows that he listened to what I was asking for and why I was asking, made suggestions and then proceeded. And I appreciate that trait. Thank you
