We asked Colin to present a plan to us as we were preparing to sell our home. Colin came to us fully prepped with other relevant listings to help suggest a listing price. Pics and videos were set up efficiently, and realator open house promptly set up. He kept us fully informed every step of the way, as he implemented a 12 point marketing plan. Colin managed the scheduling of showings (20 over 2 days) and brought us 4 offers, and suggested very appropriate advice as to which offers might appeal to us. Terrific, calm and reasonable advice!!
