Colin was unbelievable as a realtor. I have talked about his service for my family so much over the past 2 years with clients, coworkers and family. We heard about him through a friend and were so glad we contacted him. We started on a plan to find a new home in 2020, and Colin was extremely patient with our VERY specific home goals in helping us find the right home. He came prepared with great research on the markets, and really listened to us when it came to finding exactly what we were looking for and putting together a plan to make things work out. When we came across the Home we ultimately wished to make an offer on, he was very good at lending his professional opinion on our offer, but allowed us to decide what we wished to do. Even with the offer we made, we do not think we would have got the home without the work he put into it on a late Friday night for us. When selling our home after that, we knew we could rest easy knowing Colin had everything in total control and in the end he did another tremendous job representing us and getting us a great outcome in our sale as well. There is so much was can say about Colin, you cannot go wrong with him as he puts everything he has into it, treats you like the most important client has has and keeps a person very up to date on where things stand, answers questions quickly and he works hard for his clients. I will forever be referring him to anyone I speak with about real estate as I believe that there is nobody better out there.
