When we found out we were moving to Calgary from out of province, I did a lot of research before deciding to contact two realtors who had really good reviews. After speaking with both realtors, I knew we should go with Colin: his response was very prompt and after our initial phone call he followed up with a very informative email about the city of Calgary which we really appreciated. We remained in contact with Colin, asking questions about Calgary and continuously adjusting our search parameters for over a month before we actually came to Calgary.
