We spoke with Colin before even arriving in Calgary, and he provided great advice for areas of the city to focus on, and he promised he would help us find our dream house when we arrived. He held true to his promise. We saw many listings together. Colin was always honest about whether or not he saw value in a particular listing, and was excellent at pointing out shortcomings that we didn't see ourselves. He never pushed us, and never seemed annoyed that we wanted to see so many listings. Also - he was never late. When we did find "the one", he negotiated a solid deal for us that night, and also suggested a great mortgage broker and lawyer. As long as we live in the Calgary area, Colin will be our realtor - can't go wrong!
