Colin came recommended by family, and now we know why. We looked at a lot of houses before we found ours, and he was always available and never once made us feel rushed. He was as patient at the last showing as he was at the first. When we found the right house, he sprang into high gear. It was moving fast and we had to go over asking. Colin talked us through it, and when the sellers countered he pushed back until we landed on a price we were comfortable with. We went from writing the offer to a signed deal in one evening (it was after midnight by the time it was done), and he was on it the whole way. He stayed involved right through possession day, and even after we moved in he followed up with the sellers when a couple of things came up.
