I’ve always heard that being a first-time home buyer is stressful. Add an insanely crazy and unpredictable real estate market to the mix, and you would think it would be even more stressful, right? I was a first-time home buyer and didn’t know anything about being a homeowner or real estate. We spoke to a real-estate agent, and long story short, our prospects for finding what we wanted seemed grim. We went our separate ways with this realtor, and I happened to start following Jess and Colin on Instagram that same week. I looked at some of the properties that they were sharing and decided to reach out as the properties were in our areas of choice and in our price range (which wasn’t exactly high). Jess and Colin were honest about the state of the market, but remained positive and encouraging when it came to making decisions about properties and making offers. Being a first-time home buyer, I naturally had a million questions, and Jess and Colin were patient and happy to answer any and all of my questions. Jess and Colin kept us in the loop throughout the entire offer process, and stayed in constant contact right up until the moment that we had the keys in our hands and beyond. Jess and Colin are knowledgeable, honest and truly amazing at what they do! It is obvious from the first conversation with Jess and Colin that they love what they do, and won’t give up until their clients find their dream home.
