I’ve always heard that being a first-time home buyer is stressful. Add an insanely crazy and unpredictable real estate market to the mix, and you would think it would be even more stressful, right? Not if you choose Jessica and Colin Wright from the Crew Real Estate at Redline Properties. My husband and I decided we were tired of renting and that it was time to buy our first home together. I was a first-time home buyer and didn’t know anything about being a homeowner or real estate. We spoke to a real-estate agent, and long story short, our prospects for finding what we wanted seemed grim. We went our separate ways with this realtor, and I happened to start following Jess and Colin on Instagram that same week. I looked at some of the properties that they were sharing and decided to reach out as the properties were in our areas of choice and in our price range (which wasn’t exactly high).
