2021 was very unpredictable and the thought of becoming a first time home buyer seemed more and more unrealistic with the tough market. Colin & Jess helped us along the way. Although a short journey, Jess was able to secure our first home without the hassle of a bidding war. Throughout our experience Jess showed us every property we wanted to see and was able to book showings for us even when we decided last minute. She was very honest and realistic when viewing homes we were interested in or were within our budget. Purchasing our first home could not have gone any better, and it was an exciting experience. Not only did Jess do a great job with being by our side through the process - but she’s continued to stay in touch, help us out when we first moved in and overcome a few hurdles we experienced.
