I have used Colleen for other residential sales and all were highly successful. Was able to get asking or better in a timely manner. She is knowledgeable and very professional, but allows the seller/buyer the opportunity to make their own decision based on ALL information regarding the buyers and transaction specifics. I would never use any other agency or agent in the area. The Flavin family are the most honorable and personable people I know. And I am not 21!
