Property Purchase in Lake Charles, LA
Colleen is very caring, and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. She would work until late evenings and early mornings to ensure a sale. Always has a smile on her face.

I have used Colleen for other residential sales and all were highly successful. Was able to get asking or better in a timely manner. She is knowledgeable and very professional, but allows the seller/buyer the opportunity to make their own decision based on ALL information regarding the buyers and transaction specifics. I would never use any other agency or agent in the area. The Flavin family are the most honorable and personable people I know. And I am not 21! - Cecile Courville
