As a first-time buyer, I had plenty of questions and wasn’t completely sure where I wanted to live. Crystal helped me explore condos in Aspen Woods and West Springs before I ultimately decided the Beltline in downtown Calgary was the right fit. She was patient as my search changed, helped me compare the options and explained what to consider beyond the asking price, including condo fees and documents. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and I appreciated being able to ask her anything. I’m so happy with where I ended up. Thank you, Crystal, for helping me feel confident buying my first home!
